2. Cancellation and Refund Policies
General Coaching Services
For all 1:1 and group coaching services, including Motivational mornings, 1:1 life coaching, mentoring, singing lessons, and Rep revamps, we have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be entitled to a refund.
Audition Smart Course
Due to the nature of the Audition Smart course, we require a two-week cancellation notice. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the start of the course will not be entitled to a refund.
3. Data Protection
We adhere to the Data Protection Act and are committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Medical and Health Information
It is your responsibility to inform your mentor or coach of any relevant medical history, including:

Physical health issues

Mental health conditions
While our coaches and mentors are not qualified to provide medical support, they will offer guidance and support within their capacity.
5. Workshops and Courses
All our workshops and courses are conducted in compliance with the Casting Directors' Guild (CDG) guidelines and adhere to their policies and agreements.
6. Liability and Insurance
PREP YOUR REP LDN, its coaches, mentors, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in our services.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
PREP YOUR REP LDN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
