Prep Your Rep was created by Ceili O’Connor, a West End performer who is still working, auditioning and living the reality of this industry. Sophie Linder-Lee, our Head of Performers’ Minds and in-house life coach, is also a working West End performer. Together, they know how much you give to the career you love and how difficult it can be to keep believing in yourself through the rejection, comparison and inevitable knock-backs.
After training at Arts Educational Schools London, Ceili pioneered an inside-out approach that brings professional musical theatre training together with life coaching and performers’ mindset support. She created the services and community she wished she had at the beginning of her own career. Becoming a stronger performer should never mean losing sight of the person underneath it all.
